The new bumper cover and taillight replaced was perfect. However there are now 4 paint chips around the taillight that happened at Lokey during the repair. Now I have to go back and see what can be done

Everything went well and the repairs were very good except for the fact our Mercedes S550 was hit while on your property by a tow truck and hit and scratched one of our very expensive rims so it had to be taken off polished and re powder coated. This added an additional 6 days to our car repair and rental car budget.

I will never buy another Kia . People are rude who work there. Went to get my car fixed said I wouldn’t be able to get my car in for 2 weeks. Took it in 2 weeks later, took 3 weeks for me to get it back, and for half the things to not even be fixed. Kia does not stand behind their products. They kept telling me my car would be ready on this day I would call on that day, for them to tell me it won’t be ready for a couple more days. People in service are rude. Collision center doesn’t keep you updated on what’s going on and don’t fix what they are suppose to. Never buy a Kia again!!!!!!

Horrible.. They don’t keep you updated on the status of your car. Don’t fix the things they were suppose to fix. Then send you all over the place to try and get an answer as to why it wasn’t fixed.
