I just purchased a brand new car, and had a liquid chlorine spill in the trunk. When I brought my car in, Jimmy Morgan in the Collision Dept immediately visually inspected my car, gave me estimates for all possible affected parts to be replaced if necessary. There was not an appt available for 2 weeks, but he made sure I got it in for detailed inspection and possible remediation the very next day. He was gracious, knowledgeable and constantly kept me informed about the progress. Once the damage had been detected, the parts department needed to contact Nissan for prices because the car is so new. Jimmy assured me the parts could be obtained quickly, and he called promptly with the costs as promised. All of my contacts at Lokey, from the sales person I worked with to members of the collision and service parts, everyone has been courteous and kind. And they all smile!
