The changes in price could be better communicated before the work is done. Plus, if all that was going to be done is glue it together for $75, why not do that in the first place instead of charging me almost $500 to "do it right".

I’ve brought my vehicles into Kia/Lokey previously but, this was the best service and experience. Though we had to bring it back for a slight adjustment, Steve The collision Director took very good care of us and communicated the entire time. I had a vehicle crash into me and I used Kia/Lokey collision instead of their awful recommended Joe Hudson’s collision center because of the service,. though it cost more than their recommended collision center, i used Lokey for peace of mind..
