I appreciate the friendly service, especially from Jeff and Cindy, and concern for my issues with the car. I was told by a friend not to have the headlight covers cleaned ... that it will not last, but for now they make the car look new.

I drove 1hr 20min to buy from here. I purchased a used card with a few things that needed fixed. They agreed to fix them. When I brought the car back for it to be done I let them know it felt like the car Idle high when I had my foot on the brake. Well I was told everything was done but when I drove back a 1hr and 20mins only 2 out of 5 were done. The biggest thing the car shaking was not fixed I left the car again for it to be looked at and was told when a my volkswagen tiguan gets to 30,000-40,000 it was normal for it to shake. I have asked multiple people with volkswagen and they say that is not true. I called another dealership and the service department laughed when I asked and told them what I was told. I still don't have my car
