After calling the 1st time, left a VM because nobody answered, waited 2 weeks with no response. Called again, left a VM again, got a call back within an hour. It was 9/7/2021 Tuesday, I drove 45 minutes south so they could take pictures of the paint. I was told 2-3 days I would hear back from them. I called everyday starting 9/13/2021 with no response from Lokey. After me calling Nissan International, I finally heard from Steve the manager on 9/23/2021 and was told to drop off the vehicle on Monday 9/27/2021 and it would be ready the same week. Received a call on 9/30/2021 saying my vehicle is ready for pick up. I picked it up 10/1/2021. Communication from Lokey Nissan Clearwater was terrible. I am ready to trade this vehicle in now and will not be going to Lokey.

Jeff Sherwood was very helpful and response. Our paint tech (I do not know his name) did a nice job, and some extra touch up to clean up the overall paint on our Murano.

Jeff went above and beyond throughout the whole experience to not only rectify the paint issues with my truck but also accommodate me for drop off/pick up as I live out of town. I am super satisfied with the work and I would highly recommend Lokey Collision. My truck came back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off, inside and out!

Was very pleased with the results, only thing I would recommend is to have the loaner cars at least be disinfected . The one I was given was not COVID-19 cleaned. I had to clean it when I got home:(

Your shop is very brand specific. Infininiti. Nissan brands not sure about other brands, Gmail Ford etc

I had a front bumper piece replaced. It is not put back on flush with the car. They had my brand new (new to me) car for an entire week. I want to get it fixed but I don’t want them to keep my car again another week
