The vehicle looks great, however whatever damage was done underneath the vehicle has not been fixed. Every bump in the road causes the same noises that were present before the repair. Something is loose or broken underneath and it was not addressed during repair

Instructions regarding the repairs were not comprehended in the beginning and it made more trips back & forth. Prices were given in the beginning but after the repairs were done the price was different. I will not do anymore business with this company nor will I refer anyone else. I’m very dissatisfied with the entire process!

Very disappointing experience. I got an estimate and I explained what I needed to be done but when I was called saying that my car was ready.,,,everything was not done that I specified. More parts had to be ordered and billed to me which was unacceptable. Then I again went to pick up my car after more added expense and I was told that the final payment was incorrect. They added $40 more dollars on my account and I was livid!! I will never go back there nor will I refer anyone to go there. I will warn them to stay away!!!!!
