When I took vehicle in...the gentleman who took my info seemed somewhat nonchalant toward me. Almost seemed like it was an imposition to help me since he was somewhat curt & terse, & not too friendly. I tried not to take it personally, & give him the benefit of doubt, thinking maybe he was just having a bad day. ?? But after picking up my vehicle, I realized he was not as customer friendly as the other employees I encountered in my dealings with Lonnie's.
