Over the years I have dealt with 3 body shops in Shawnee. While the other two provided good service, Lonnies has always provided exceptional customer service and repair to my vehicles. I've witnessed that same treatment/satisfaction exhibited to other customers as well. Your shop is always clean. Your staff never just walks by customers. They always greet and offer assistance. I just wanted to thank your team for always providing updates on the status of repairs, repairing my vehicles in or before the promised time frame, the showroom finish my car has when returned to me, and the courteous/professional, exceptional overall experience each time that I needed help.

They did an amazing job, they worked with me very well and made sure to tell me anything they were doing they even towed my car to my house for me. The guys that work there are great workers and they answer any questions you may have.
