I picked my vehicle up today after being with yall for multiple weeks , I live in the DFW area, once I got about 1.5 miles from my house I started to hear a grinding noise and the brakes were being weird …. I limped the vehicle home and upon further inspection once home realized that the brake caliper bolt had come off the caliper and the caliper was not longer on the brake rotor ….. your company had just completed extensive suspension work on my vehicle , replacing almost everything on that side of the vehicle including a brand new wheel and tire which now the brand new wheel is damaged scraped and gouged… I ended up going the auto parts store and replacing the missing brake caliper bolt and while doing that realized the bottom caliper bolt was loose as well …. Therefore I bought an entire brake caliper pin kit with new bolts and pins ., replacing all of it … I picked up the vehicle today … drove it hundreds of miles home just totally have it fall apart just a couple miles from home on the side that yall did all the work on …. This is unacceptable..,, what if complete failure would have happened on my drive home at highway speeds , so to say I’m satisfied with the work the answer would be no because from what I can tell y’all’s shop focused on changing out the broken suspension parts and negligently forgot to go back and tighten the bolts on the braking system …

In all of my years, I’ve never seen a company that treats you as if it were them going through the situation. They took us step by step and explained what they did to fix our vehicle when we picked it up. Every employee I spoke to remembered my name when I walked back in 26 days later. This was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had. And then for them to make the repairs needed so quickly was mind blowing! They truly know what customer service really is.
