There’s a scratch on the hood of my car - that was NOT there when the car was dropped off! In addition there’s a sensor issue with the rear bumper that needs to be fixed

Our business uses checks to cover all our expenses. We have been in business since 1965 and are local. You all received our check the morning of 7/22 and it cleared our bank as of 7 AM on 7/23. You all still will not allow us to pick up our truck which is used for work purposes even though our bill has been paid in full.
