Delays in parts ordered for repair were unbelievable. Service work was very good but getting parts for repair work was way too long and seemed unreasonably long. Lumberton Chevrolet staff are the best.

Delays in ordered parts extended my repair to 5 months. I thought that was strange but parts delay is not uncommon according to many garages. I have a scheduled appointment for May 12 to repair or correct a warning about the advanced front lighting. Perhaps related to the damage from the 11-28-2025 accident requiring repair at Lumberton Chevrolet. I didn’t realize how much work comes in to your body shop. Body repair looks great.

Updates came but would’ve appreciated more contact and explanations. Body shop office staff are great people to interact with. Demonstrated concern and sympathy for my extended repair time. I’m thankful for that.

Dash is scratched up And some of the parts don’t fit Correctly. They don’t line up evenly also bumper is scratched up through the paint. Very dissatisfied!

I understand it’s now considered a wreck vehicle, the only issue I would say is my bumper is not the original color. I know there will be slight imperfections and nothing broken is never new again…
