I really like that they are Infiniti certified but I would probably find another place to go to next time to get body work done when needed. The lack of proper follow up and lengthy work process was what contributed to my decision here.

The repair itself is pretty good. The only reason I deduct 2 points is because what looks a paint trip around a parking sensor.

I found the folks here to be friendly but I did have some issues. I specifically asked a few times to get some details on the status of my car snd it either didn't happen or took too long to hear back. I often found myself calling to get answers and even then I didn't really get any answers.
