I have already recommended Lundgren to everyone I know. I know I will always come back to Lundgren for any of my personal collision needs. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work from Lundgren and I do not see myself use anyone else.

The quality of the paint work/paint match done was impeccable. The level of communication was one that I have never seen before. I was kept up to date on the progress almost every other day. Overall, the quality of the repair was excellent. There were a few minor issues I discovered upon receipt of the vehicle, but upon talking to Mike, the customer service manager, he immediately advised me that he will take care of those and will order the replacement parts. I am waiting to get that scheduled but I have no doubt that I will be 100% satisfied with the final result.

Mike Malloy was the customer service manager I dealt with from day 1. Right from the day I met him, he put my mind to rest and eased my concerns about the repair. And I have to say, he delivered. He kept me informed and up to date by texting me the status every other day. He promptly responded to my questions and made sure my every concern was addressed.

Incredible communication. I received updates on every phase of the process. The repairs were made incredibly fast without sacrificing quality. Staff is friendly and welcoming. They even took care of getting my rental returned!
