Pretty much everything went well, except the timeline for finishing the repairs kept changing and then Lundgren kept telling me I had to pay the $500 deductible when the insurance called over to them with me on the phone and explained I didn’t. It ended up that they “trusted” me and didn’t charge me, but I didn’t like feeling like I was getting away with something or that I had to keep reminding them that the deductible was being taken care of by Liberty Mutual.
