The body repairs look great. However the system of the car was completely reset. The drivers rear seatbelt was disconnected and not reconnected. There appeared to be some sort of adhesive on the drivers seat.

I would have given a 10, however, they accidentally broke a window. So, it took more days to order a new one, receive it. & replace it. The repair looks wonderful though.

The quality of work was amazing. Mike was great at listening to my desires regarding how the money would be spent and then working up a plan that I liked. He was also really good to keep me in the loop every step of the way. The automated notifier could be improved though.
