I was told everything was repair/replace but that wasn't the case. Was charged but never replaced until I went back look at some photos and notice same damage before and after!

My car was supposed to be done Monday. I called and the person thanked me as it was a “reminder for them to follow-up on the missing part”. I had to call for updates daily to find out the status of the car because they were just saying “maybe tomorrow”. I finally got the car back on Thursday and found out the extra delay was because the dealership couldn’t work in a quick alignment. I had a rental car I was paying for the entire time.
