Repairs to the outside of my car met expectations. A piece of the ceiling is as still separated on the drivers side back hatch area. When I brought it in, was told they didn’t even touch that, to which I thought was obvious because it isn’t fixed. He told me that they could fix it if I come back again, but I haven’t had time yet

Rachel was kind enough to walk out to my car and bring me my coffee mug I left. The rest of the staff was always helpful and friendly and helped navigate and work with insurance when my claim was “lost” in the system!!!
