Very friendly but had to call in for updates. Was not notified it would take another week because parts were ordered. That's understandable but was not contacted with any updates.

The car did not drive smoothly upon pickup. Work was done to the suspension, and the steering was difficult with a resistance while turning. I did not feel safe to leave the location while driving the vehicle. Also, the mechanic or service advisor, Marty, was not helpful, nor respectful of my personal experience with the vehicle. His comments included, "We are the experts we would know before you would." This comment is not only degrading, also dismissive and unacceptable. I did not take the car due to the fact it appeared unsafe to drive. This is highly disappointing and inconvenient, as I brought the car to Lupient for professionalism and high quality service. Only to receive service lacking communication, inclusion, and understanding of the issues and repairs, as well as to be left with a vehicle that was not repaired to a high standard, leaving the vehicle with further issues to be dealt with, inconveniently.
