I had asked for them to do a few other things on the car that were never done. Those items were not related to the accidents but the worker said no problem when asked if they could buff some marks out and paint a scratch.

I had 2 cars repaired there. I feel that the small dent in the hood of the Sonata could have been fixed/bumped out at no cost to me. The bump isn't very noticeable. So as a courtesy.
