Had to wait three weeks to get in. They didn't preorder parts which forced me to have a rental car for a week longer than should have Been required. Told car was done, picked it up only to realize the alignment they did left the car pulling hard to the right. I had to turn around and drop the car back off and pick up the rental again, which totaled another three days having a rental. Was continually asked why it mattered because it was being picked up by insurance, when in reality my insurance shouldn't have to pay for the extra time caused by them, and actually my insurance only covers 80 percent, so they cost me more out of my pocket. When talking with the shop they acted as if I was being petty.
