The car turned out fine, but the customer service ruined my experience and I would absolutely not recommend service with your group.

My car took a week and a half longer than expected, which isn’t the problem. The problem is that I was not contacted even once by your group (Brian) unless I reached out first. This includes no updates on needing to reorder parts and no calls on the days I was told that my vehicle would be ready. I had to call to see if I could come get it on the right days and as it turns out it wasn’t ready. I am glad I didn’t turn in the car I was using in the meantime. Very unimpressed and dissatisfied. Would not come back or recommend.
