Body work looks good, communication getting the car in was good. The rental situation was not so good. I had to wait for enterprise to show up, then sat there and was given an absolutely filty vehicle but I made them wash it. Then I received a call from State Farm stating that I owe Enterprise directly for getting a mid-size SUV when all I wanted was an equivalent vehicle to what was in the body shop. So the bottom line is the work at Luther was good, but the lack of communication between either Luther and Enterprise and someone explaining that I was only allowed $23.75 a day for a rental (absolute BS) when their ensured hit & ran my vehicle.
