I wasn't kept informed on repair progress unless I called in to inquire about it. Then during those phone calls, I was given next steps of the process and an estimated completion date. But when I would call back after the estimated completion date provided, I was given another list of things that needed to be done and a new estimated timeline.

Staff friendly and helpful. Jeep looks great. Thanks for the wash and detailing. Only thing neg would be the communication,said jeep would take 3 days but had it 9 days. I would of appreciated a heads up on way so long. I tried calling but either no answer or voice mail and they never returned my call.
