The team total amount of time my car was in the body shop was 16 days.... after 14 days with not hearing anything I stopped to inquire the status of the repairs... I guess they had been short staffed and waiting to hear approvals from the insurance company... the end result was very satisfactory

Excellent! Tiara kept me updated on progress. I had to fly up to Sioux Falls to pick up the vehicle. They arranged a ride for me from the airport to the shop! (We hit a deer while driving home from vacation. We were 500 miles from home)
