My car was stolen, completely ransacked, and even partially taken apart. This was one of the most stressful and frightening experiences of my life but I couldn't have asked for a better auto shop to work with. I had no idea where to even begin with the process of recovering from a vehicle theft, as I've never been through anything like this before. First, I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Bill, Elizabeth, and especially Javier, who was assigned to my case. Elizabeth is the first impression of this shop, and she was outstanding, professional, informative, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to arrange free towing and got my car to the shop, all while I was busy at work. She patiently answered my many phone calls, always with kindness and grace. She's truly someone you want on your side during a difficult situation. Javier was amazing. He is patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He never missed a single one of my calls when I needed help or an update. He went out of his way to speed up the process, and his warm, welcoming attitude made a world of difference. One last surprise: when I picked up my car, it was fully washed and cleaned inside and out. After two stressful weeks and the mess left behind by the dang thief, seeing my car looking like new again was such a thoughtful and uplifting touch. I was so happy I actually pulled over and cried tears of joy!!! They also have an adorable shop dog, Rhett. He's so sweet. THANK YOU M&L AUTO, you guys are the best!!!
