Ryan Kissinger was instrumental in giving me hope in what felt hopeless and getting my car back and running in the same condition my car was in before the accident. He was the first to respond at the shop and his communication and knowledge is what left the biggest impression on me. I had my car towed there 2 weeks ago and gave me a promise date that my car would be complete and ready for pick up. He was very curious, respectful, timely with texts and calls and patient with me and explain in detail what goes on with repairs and how it works between them and the insurance company. When I got my car back today ( the promised date) I was blown away on how good my car turned out. I am very pleased working with Ryan and this body shop and I would highly recommend M & L and also do business with M & L again. THANK YOU RYAN FOR YOUR TIME AND ALL YOUR HELP.
