The car looked brand new when I picked it up. It was detailed and they obviously did a great job on the repair to the damage sustained in the collision.

Staff was friendly upfront on everything going to be done to the vehicle. The repair worked took a very long time from first estimated but this was due to having to wait for ordered parts from another vendor.

I am very satisfied with the experience with your Organization primarily due to all the issues that I covered with Mr. Ryan Kissinger. He was very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to all my wife and my concerns. All our discussions including our technical clarification requests that we exchanged were conducted very pleasantly and produced the productive outcomes that enabled the work to continue without dispute. As a Professional Engineer I took my time and did not hesitate to raise many questions about some concerns that I originally held when first turning in the car. Ryan was patient and very thorough in pursuing/tracking down and responding to my issues consistently & completely to my great satisfaction. I was very pleased to see that Ryan absolutely did know his job very well and always treated me with respect through all of our discussions. He did not try to rush me through any of the queries that I raised and was determined to make sure he devoted enough time to respond with ample time to fully address our subject issue at hand. Thus, insuring I was fully satisfied with the answer to the specific matter at the time. M&L was great to work with for a bumper replacement. The staff was able to educate me on how the process works, helped me with basic insurance questions, and got my car in an out in no time. The repair looks great, they even washed my car and put my new windshield wipers on that I had in my car. I love my experience with them and will gladly take any cars I need work on to them!
