From the moment I walked in, Bill was Great! He took care of me as nobody else was available. Eventhough he was the manager (maybe owner) of the business, he took me back into his own office to provide me with a quote for my car. He was VERY personable in our conversation(PUPS AND VACATION)that had nothing to do with the quote. He was also professional and had a great attitude. Thanks Bill, I hope others will emulate your quality and traits. Kudos to the guys who worked on the car, it turned out AWESOME! Thanks again!
