This is the second time using this repair shop. Unfortunately the quality of the repair was way worse the second time.

Exterior looks great, but the interior paneling on the light gate is not installed correctly and started falling apart immediately. Also, trunk won't close easily and needs to be slammed multiple times to close. Need to take it back to have corrected.

I went with M & L because it was a Mercury Authorized Repair facility and it was in Norco close to Corona where the accident happened. It was convenient. The quality of their work is fantastic!

So far the quality of their work is excellent! I’ve only had my vehicle back for 3 days. After not having it for 6 weeks. Update: 6/2. No problems with the vehicle and am completely satisfied. The care for repairs took longer but it was well worth it!

Elizabeth and Shannon helped me initially with getting the intake of my Subaru, excellent. That being said no one told me that the date of 4/26 wasn’t a good date for picking up my vehicle . How was I to know they were using a new system that just plunked in a date that had to be changed manually? Then, the week of 4/26 I was contacted by Jairo telling me about problems with 2 parts. So, in regards to the completion it went to the owner Bill. There was a SNAFU with Bill the owner getting me into a free rental. Had to ask my niece if I could borrow her vehicle after plunking out money for weeks of rentals. But, I did have a free rental later for 2 weeks on Bill’s tab while my vehicle was still being fixed, and I was grateful.

The customer service at M&L auto was excellent. Steve was outstanding. He was forthcoming with all the details of the parts & labor of getting steps placed on my RAV4. The work was done well, and he even went above and beyond to get us a ride to and from the shop. We will recommend M&L and Steve to family and friends.

Great customer service & repairs on my car looked great paint job was a perfect match, the light ,fender,hood,bumper and windshield where replaced and look great they even buffed out the film over my other headlight to match new one.cleaned an armoraled my leather seats, look like new.higly recommend
