Working with Annette was a pleasure. She is super knowledgeable and helpful with getting up set up as well as navigating the waters with insurance. The work done on my car was very good, on time and they even washed the car!

I told them several times to not do anything to my car until the insurance approved the estimate. the owner call me to say that I need to call the insurance because it was a problem. After i talk to the insurance I call the shop and told them that the insurance wasn’t going to cover their estimate so I told him that I wasn’t going to fix it since I figured that I would have to pay $4500 out of my packet then he started arguing with me because he said that they already took the car apart. I reminded him that I told them several times, when I made the appointment, when I drop it off and every time I talk to them not to do anything until the insurance approved it because if the insurance didn’t approve it I wasn’t going to fix it. Then he hung up on me in the middle of it. I call back and they told me that I had to pay $300 dollars for them to put the pieces together so I can pick up my car which I agreed since I need it my car. I told them I wasn’t agreeing to pay but force to. I have never heard of a shop that did this. They treat me saying that I signed an agreement to fix when I drop the car witch I thought it was standard and I have specifically NOT TO DO ANYTHING TO THE CAR UNTIL IT WAS APPROVED BY THE INSURANCE.

They were very nice when I made the appointment and when I dropped it off, they assured me that they would call me before they fixed it and I just needed to pay the deductible then everything changed when their estimated wasn’t approved by the insurance (in my opinion the estimate was to high) the owner Bill hung up on me and raise his voice
