The customer service representative Marcos was always informative about the status of my car. He contacted me nearly daily and the car was completed nearly 4 days prior to the anticipated Date of completion. I am totally impressed.

We had to get the car towed immediately after picking it up. There was an engine light that came on soon after driving it off the lot that said “Engine is overheated” we love the customer service at M&M and th were vary super kind and helpful . We don’t have the car back yet . The external repairs look great . Just wondering how the internal repairs went

DON’T BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. The did not complete all the repairs as they said on the estimate.. They said it was ready and when I got home it was not done 100%. They were paid already as well. I had to go back and wait forever to get it finished. I will not return to this shop again. Too much hassle.

M&M was great, explained everything and made the process of getting our vehicle repaired and back to us simple and quick. The job looks good and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
