The administrative staff, especially Mr. Tony, was never rude, ill-mannered and mockingly laughed at me.

No, actually, they didn't even want to explain to me well what they did, they were just waiting to give me the keys, they locked the door behind me and Mr. Tony said to go and buy a new tire that didn't cost a lot of money and that I should do it there on my own. that he had to have checked that

When I went to pick up my truck he didn't check the driver's side tire, and when I left my car I let him know that they should please check it, he told me that it was fine at first glance, and for him it wasn't bad, Mr. “Tony” ignored me. He was rude, he was discourteous and he left me standing there talking to myself I would never go to his workshop again. And I had to buy the tire that didn't cost that much money.
