I have had my car in for repair before at M Toguchi shop and the work on my car has been nothing less than perfect! The delightful staff make a stressful experience so much easier with their understanding and smiles and attention to details is exemplary! My car a 2015 looks brand new! Repair was great but communication wasn’t perfect. We received a text message on the day the car was scheduled to be finished advising that the work was nearly done, but then a message an hour later that the car wouldn’t be ready for an additional 4 days. Separately, your staff graciously offered to touch up a separate paint chip gratis—a nice offer!—but this wasn’t done (okay, but why was the offer made?)
