I picked up my vehicle from M3 Collision Neptune after 43 days starting October 3rd. Anthony, the manager, called me often through the process. It required a lot of patience but he assured me I'd be happy with their work... and I am! Outside my vehicle looks brand new... And it's driving and handling beautifully ! There is squeak in the steering wheel I've reported to Anthony.. which I'm sure they'll fix. Thus a nine, not a 10, yet.

Everyone that I spoke with was super helpful. Anthony kept me up to date on everything from repairs to delays in getting parts. Anthony walked me through the process dealing with insurance and took care of everything. I never worried about my truck once as I knew everything was taken care of. I'm 100% satisfied with costumer serves and the quality of the work.
