Repairs took a long time and communication was difficult. There was a lot of miscommunication between my husband, the insurance adjuster and the body shop. The body shop told the insurance adjuster the vehicle was ready days before it actually was. My husband was told his vehicle would be ready and took a half day from work to pick it up and the vehicle was not ready. A few days after finally picking up the vehicle a number of the repairs have failed. A piece of a brand new door flew right off my husband's vehicle while driving. Additionally, some interior piece fell off the ceiling of the vehicle after being removed and reinstalled for repairs. When we called back to complain we were not given a satisfactory resolution. Unfortunately, I will have to have these issues resolved at this body shop, but will never use them again and also tell anyone who asks what a disaster this facility is and urge them to find a more reliable shop.

The car looks terrific, inside and out. Very happy with the work that was done. Although it took longer than I expected, we had a big snowstorm that slowed things down. All said, great job!
