First and foremost I probably have one of the most difficult paint colors to match and you guys always seem to dial it in coming from an industry. And being a car enthusiast paint matching and proper fitment is so important to rating the quality of a car. The service staff is extremely helpful and very understanding of your downtime and they do their best to get you back on track with the vehicle that you've grown to rely on thank you again and three hope I don't have to see you again but if I do I look forward to great experience regardless.

I’m satisfied with the cleaning, external part and the customer service, however my car was not fixed internally. I came in with the car because it was not accelerating more than 20 mph, as soon as I left the shop I automatically felt my car was not the same. As I was driving the vehicle the steering wheel is stiff, so I made a U-turn then brought it back and unfortunately John told me to bring it back on Monday as he stated there’s no issue with it because they test drove the car for about 30 minutes not saying they didn’t but it seems like the issue wasn’t resolved because as I was driving back home, I almost got into an accident on the highway. M car wasn’t going more than 20 mph and the car behind me almost hit my car. I have a picture and a video of the issue, when you listen closely there’s something crawling in the hood of my car I’m pretty sure something weird is going on because it’s not fixed internally the car feels heavy it’s not light at all. Main issue of the car when I brought in was not resolved. The only thing that was done was the auto body and detailing, internally nothing was done.

I was very distraught when I brought my vehicle in for repairs but Vincent was very understanding and helped me through the process. I had a lot of exterior repairs needed in addition to interior once they were able to determine if necessary. Fortunately it was very little and my vehicle was completed a week early. Very please when picking up car. Not only did exterior looked new but interior looked like it had been detailed inside. Thank you!!!!
