I noticed the middle bumper is scratched up and wasnt replaced after being hit. Rest looks good.

From what I can tell it looks to be repaired. I don't understand why a tank of gas was used along with all interior preferences were changed if it was just body work needed? Seat adjustments, mirrors, radio, etc....... why was the car being driven if it was "nothing mechanical"?

Ernesto was incredibly helpful and kind through the whole process of getting my car fixed after being rear ended. He walked me through the process, was always kind and welcoming on the phone and in person, was patient with me when I was sick and couldn't get my car in right away. He was also super helpful even after the car was finished and we got it home and my husband noticed a minor issue with the repairs. He got us in right away and got it taken care of. He made this whole process so smooth. Thank you!
