Customer service was great ! The work done on my car was horrid ! There was MANY bubbles in the paint , also the color of the paint didn’t match the color of the rest of my car. There was over spray on my back windshield that I had to scrap off myself. I was not pleased with the work done, at all.

Took three weeks to get my truck painted. Numerous issues due to staffing problems. When I was called to pick up the truck there was a lot of trash in the paint. Paint booth had to be shut down for maintenance. Roof trim pieces on back of cab broken. Macco said because of age they were brittle. I’m doing my research I found they were broken because Macco did not remove the bolts that attach the trim to the cab. They just pryed them off. I have to get new ones now. Approx 80 dollars. They repaired the trash that was in the paint. I noticed after getting my vehicle home some of the pinstripe was painted over. I’m pretty sure it’s under the base coat. Over spray on some glass and trim.

Despite the cleanliness problem and the dust particles in the paint (maybe 3 or 4 spots), the experience wasnt bad for what I needed. However, if it's for my SUV and not another project car, I would consider a different shop. Dust in the paint on a luxury vehicle just isn't acceptable.

Enjoyed working with folks at Maaco. Only issue I had is they missed the time they told me it would be finished, which these days it is understandable due to worker shortage. Other than that a very good experience

Great job except I am still missing a part that covers the control behind the rear view mirror that is attached to the windshield. The plastic cover is not on there, so it looks incomplete. Mark said he would call me but has not.

Mark above and beyond to make this happen and the car turned out great. I would recommend this Maaco to anyone I tried the Maaco in Fayatteville Georgia and they wasn’t very helpful and I have another vehicle to paint so I will be back. Thanks Mark
