During my visit, I asked the employee at the front desk whether I should pay before the service or when I returned. His response was, “You can pay now if you can.” I found that comment unprofessional and felt it came across as inappropriate, as it suggested assumptions about my ability to pay. Additionally, he disassembled my helmet but would not allow me to take a picture of how everything was arranged before taking it apart. That made it more difficult for me to understand how the components fit together and left me feeling uncomfortable with the process. Overall, I believe customers should be treated with professionalism and respect, and communication should avoid comments that could be interpreted as making assumptions about a customer’s financial situation.
