My vehicle was not ready when I was told it was going to be ready, over spray all over the windows, they broke my cargo rack , parts are still missing from my vehicle, the worst decision I made going there .

When I scheduled the repair, I was told my car would be ready on Wednesday. When I dropped off they told me they were running behind and it wouldn't be ready till Thursday. I called on Thursday and was told it was ready, but when I went to the store they said it was done, but needed to be cleaned. Instead of waiting, I opted to come back. On Friday morning I received a call that it was ready, then about 30 minutes later I received another call that it wouldn't be ready till the end of the day. I couldn't make it on Friday afternoon, so I let it sit over the weekend. On Monday I called to confirm my car was ready, but was sent to an answering service. I went ahead to the store, since it should have been ready since Friday late afternoon. When I showed up, they said they needed about 1 more hour to clean it. I am not sure how they cleaned it, because the inside and outside were horrible. There are paint drips on the side view mirrors, on the door seal, on the dash.

Overall the car looks good from a distance. Extra time on prep work would have taken a good paint job to a great paint job. Hood and rear bumper are the 2 areas, but nothing I'm bringing back for rework. It's a 14 tear old car.
