Overall pleased but two things kept it from a 10. They missed one spot so I needed to bring it back. In two spots on the roof, I had duct tape that was holding down a rubber piece that was flapping. I fixed the flapping piece before I brought it in but the tape residue was still there. One one side they cleaned it all off and then painted. The other side they painted over the tape residue so some tape fabric is sticking up. Since it is on the roof, not a major deal. (I am 6'4" so I noticed it)

I came in with a primed front bumper and grill. They painted my front grill white and left a few holes in the grill where there was no paint. The back bumper of the car looked like it wasn’t painted at all because it was still covered in dirt. Not sure what they did, but I paid for it. It’s an ok job.

This establishment needs to be closed they had my truck for a month 8-3-21 to 9-3-21. I had my family make time to bring me to check on my truck 3 time and it still wasn't ready wasting gas, travel time and money. They painted over brand new fender flairs and didn't I stall total waste of more money. They had my paint running and spotted. They also painted over my door trim then pulled off tape which tore off the paint. When I picked up my truck the had a manager from California named Ed Lopez never will forget his name who was very disrespectful wouldn't even come talk to me. Felt like his conference call was more Important than the customer. Then they wanted to charge me more money keep my then bring it to me the next day but this is the kicker when got into my truck all my gas was gone truck on empty which tells me they were driving my truck I dropped it off on half a tank of gas. It's been a week still haven't gotten a call from the establishment will a apology really think I should have been refunded the $1000 I paid when I dropped my truck off. This was a very bad experience and I had my old school Buick painted there years ago which was great. I wouldn't refer nobody to this shop ever.

They messed up the paint on a brand new bumper and got paint all inside my interior. I've had to go back 5 times for other areas they did not fix completely.

When my son and I brought my car to be painted we were told that it would be done and ready for pick-up on a specific date. We were also told that we would be getting phone calls to keep us updated as to work progression. We never received any update calls. In fact I called the shop one day before the specified delivery date and was told the car would be ready for pickup as promised. When my son and I arrived to pick up my car it was parked in front of building and appeared done. We paid the total amount written on the estimate we were given on the day we left my car to be repaired. We were told by the delivery agent in the office not to wash the car for one week. We have complied with his recommendation. It has been 17 days since we picked up the car. We have observed that there are numerous dust and small particles adhering to the paint, and WE HAVE HAD AT LEAST 3 HEAVY RAIN DAYS WITHIN THIS 17 DAY PERIOD. The particles remain embedded in the paint. Today, August 13, I called the shop to complain about this shabby and disappointing work that was done on my car. I was told by the Asst Mgr that the car was delivered prematurely before the paint was properly baked, and that he told the delivery agent to notify us to bring my car back to Maaco in two weeks. This message was not conveyed to us. The Asst Mgr told me during today's telephone conversation to bring the car back next week because it has to be sanded down, repainted and baked in the correct manner. I will be bringing my car in to have this paint job corrected. I am trusting Maaco to live up to their professionally advertised reputation this time.

When I drop my car off it was shiny and clean when I pick my car up it was filthy inside and outside it was not shiny. The color is very dull! my license plate was not on my car and the car Nissan sign and logo was not on the car! I made them put on the license plate for safety but the Labels are still not on the car!! I reported the answer to corporate and no one has responded! I also left pictures on Google! I am ashamed to drive my car! I have a rideshare business and have been unable to work due to the filth inside the car
