My Sienna bumper was replaced and it looked great. Tyler was nice, efficient and the work was finished earlier than promised. The cost was half what several other places wanted to charge me. Now, I will only go to Maaco for my body repairs, but hopefully I won’t need them again.

I made an appt for an inspection/quote on 10/3. The appraiser was excellant, he gave me a verbal quote, assured me I'd be receiving the written quote by email, and I made an appt to bring my truck in, early Monday morning (10/6). The written quote never did arrive, I was told the truck should be ready by Friday (10/10), and that I would be receiving updates. I signed a sheet outlining the work to be done, and the price, but was not given a copy. The only updates I ever received were toward the end of the SECOND WEEK. The truck was finally ready to be picked up on Friday (10/17). I was without a vehicle for over 11 days. I'd been told business was slow, so why did it take so long? Having received no updates, I periodically called. I was told it would be ready on Wednesday, (10/15) but then received a call (the first update I didn't initiate) and was told they'd found a flaw in the paint job that needed repainting, and that the truck wouldn't be ready until Friday (10/17). The appraiser was great, the work was excellant, restoration of the headlights (which had turned opaque with age) was amazing, but your communication and "updates" I'd rate as 1 star. In your reviews, several customers asked the same question: "Why did I have to drop my car off so early in the morning, and a week before they could start working on it?".

The paint job itself is good. Based on the number of small defects in the coat, I'd say a solid 7.5/10. As people have put it on reviews "I got what I paid for." There are several visible bubbles in the exterior paint, but hopefully those won't impact the integrity of the cost as a whole. The service I received was far below what I expected given the reviews. I was not given an accurate timeline. Completion took several days longer than originally stated. The interior of the car was very dirty following delivery (dust on every surface, over spray on windows, smudges on mirrors, etc.). The headlight polishing I originally was quoted for was not completed, and I will have to return to the shop for further work. And the driver side stereo speaker no longer works following disassembly and reassembly for painting.
