Exceptional service. Luke promised to update me twice a week, which I thought would be a promise broken. He honored that commitment and went above and beyond to insure I knew the status of the repair. In addition to the exceptional customer service, the quality workmanship was second to none. The car looked amazing and I could not have been more satisfied.

Everything looks great, the job was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and the estimator looked specifically for used and after market parts to save money, given the age and condition of my car and that I was doing a self-pay. I appreciate that there wasn't any pressure at the time of the estimate as well. I would recommend Mackin's and would also use you again in the future (although I hope to not need to).
