The body work done was superior. The body shop manager, Brian, was totally professional, communicated well and was easy to work with. My SUV was repaired on time as promised with no glitches. Definitely will recommend MacMulkin's body shop to my friends.

Friendly nature and frequent updates from Steve Clinton caused me to feel as though MacMulkin truly understood my "upset feelings about the accident " and were working to minimize it. The repair work was flawless and after driving from NH to MD today was very pleased - no noise, no pull, no shimmy. Very happy! Bill Doran

As I voiced in so many words, in a separate response, MacMulkin exceeded all my expectations in handling my repairs from the inception of the assignment to the prompt handling of repairs and, very importantly, to the regular and specific updates by both phone, text, and email. I have the car and have driven from NH to MD today and am very pleased with appearance & performance.

The auto body was fantastic constant updates about repairs, costs and timeframe. Text system was great along with multiple phone calls for updates. Car came out great and was cleaner than when I dropped it off! All around very satisfied only came to Macmulkin because of connivence with my insurance USAA but in the end I'm very happy I did.
