Excellent follow thru, customer service and communicaring progress 2nd to none. Lately I've been looking for a bag of designer watches that I'd bagged up with intentions to take to jewelry store for battery replacements. Finally, upon getting car back today, I found the bag of watches, remembering that I'd wrecked and never had forgotten I'd left them in the car. The bag of watches was untouched. Mac's is trustworthy in more ways than the work they're commissioned to do. Impressed beyond belief

We just received it back today and as of this moment we are satisfied but we haven't had it back long enough to make a true decision. From what we experienced with the staff and efficiency of service alone was a great pleasure. Cherie did a great job assessing the car at drop off and the gentleman that reviewed the car at pick up did a great job!
