Ya'll by far are the best car shop I've delt with. It was like when I have to go to the store. In & out. Get what I need then get out. Ya'll took it, fixed it & returned it. Love the Work, like the location of ya'll shop, loved the updated texts. Thanks for making my experience soooooo freaking easy with no stress. I will refer you guys to any & everybody. Awesome service and staff. Would be nice to have railing on the side of front steps to hold onto when going up or down (l am handicapped) and truck was parked right in front of steps.

The experience was very pleasurable -from the very moment I brought my car in I was well pleased. The counter clerk saw me looking for change to buy a coke and he purchased one for me. Even other customers were very nice.from the text messages to land phone conversations I was and still am very well please.yes, I would recommend you to others.my only complaint is it was hard to find when I was told your hwy 311 location. The layout is very nice and neat. Not at all what I expected. All aspects of mac's automotive west is the bomb. You guys really got it going on. Thanks for everything.
