Overall was great. Car was ready on Friday but was held as the shop was waiting on payment from GEICO. It took a few phone calls and the car was released the following Monday.

The repair restored the part of my car to new condition. Secondly, I had work done elsewhere for damage that was a little more serious than what my current repair needed this time yet the other establishment returned my car not detailed. However, at Madden’s I received my car back, detailed. The detail job made the rest of my car look like new as well. Very satisfying to see the customer care and courtesy.
