"Dont get it done in Madras!"

1. Reinstalled a front door panel with damaged chrome window trim or damaged it themselves and looks like someone tried to pop out the dent and it looks popped out now but damaged. 2. The rear panel ding they supposedly fix to "pre-existing condition" is less than perfect. I can still see the dent if you look right. 3. "They" didnt do a walkaround with me of their work to point out the damaged chrome window trim at the least or show me their work. They just let me walk out of there knowing it was like that. Someone had to have noticed. I noticed it 2 days after picking up my car. Conclusion: Their preexisting condition guarantee...we'll see about that. 1.Damaged chrome window trim IS NOT preexisting condition and neither is a less than perfect ding painted over. I am still waiting on a return phone call.

Can't really say at the moment. But not exactly satisfied after considering no one bothered asking me if the damaged chrome window trim was acceptable 🤔 or not. If thats the best Madras has to offer than I would have gone somewhere else. Even thinking about it more now and filling out this review...makes me believe I was actually taken advantage of like I HAVE NO SAY IN THE MATTER because Insurance is paying them and here in Madras you just get what you get. Well thats BS. So they can either make this right, or well 🤔 whats next? At the moment, waiting on a call back from The Owner.

I was so very impressed with the work madras paint and body did on my car. It actually looks better today than the day I bought it! What a nice surprise when i picked up my car and it was back to looking brand new, inside and out. Big thanks to all involved with repair and detailing🤩🎉
