The guy jason that helped me was very competent and I found he didn't have much of a personality. If he had a fun and relaxed personality my experience would have been more fun. This is no way a complaint just an observation.

Main service rep was great, but I asked about having work unrelated to the insurance claim done, and was told numerous times someone else would call. Only ever got one call, and he said he would call back but never did.

The only reason I would ever consider coming back what happen because of the manager who was very apologetic and seemed concerned and unaware of his employees lack of customer service

Horrible customer service; Chris I believe was in charge of my claim never contacted me back when I would call in check up on my vehicle. I was given a time frame of a couple weeks (didn't drop my car off until the parts were ordered and it still took roughly a month give or take a few days! My husband and I even called to speak with management
