I have had many cars repaired at Magnum and recommended them to several people int eh past. The quality of the repair is still exceptional but the customer service has really become poor. I don't expect much, just someone to give me a status and not let days/week go by without any progress when everything is approved from insurance.

The service rep seemed overwhelmed with the amount of work he had. He would not follow up as promised and rarely called me with a status. He was a nice guy and seemed to be trying but he wasn't effective.
